b. Liability

I.The passenger is responsible for any damage to the vehicle through negligence and for any harm caused by their actions when using one of our vehicles; we reserve the right to refuse any passenger showing signs of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs that might endanger the driver, vehicle or other passengers.

II. We do our utmost to provide the agreed services in line with the law and road safety regulations. However, Swiss Lux Limo cannot be held liable in the event of issues caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., delays due to lost luggage, extreme weather conditions, traffic jams, etc.).

d. Cancellation policy

I. Bookings can be modified up to 24hours in advance

II. No charge for cancellations up to 24 hours in advance

III. 20% charge applies for cancellations between 24 hours and up to 2 hours in advance

IV. 50% charge applies for cancellations later than 2 hours in advance

V. 100 % charge applies in the case of no show
